Returns Policy

At BASHASHA LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable products to our retail customers and wholesale partners. If you receive products that are defective, damaged, expired, or do not match your order, we offer a fair and straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that our return policy applies to both retail and wholesale orders of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetables, with slight adjustments for bulk orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns Returns will be accepted only if one or more of the following conditions are met (supported by photos/videos and order documentation): – The freeze-dried fruits and vegetables or dehydrated vegetable product is defective (e.g., moisture damage, contamination, incorrect texture). – The freeze-dried fruits and vegetables or dehydrated vegetable product is damaged during shipping (please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the packaging and product). – We have sent the wrong product (e.g., incorrect type, quantity, or packaging) due to our error. – The freeze-dried fruits and vegetables or dehydrated vegetable product is expired or does not meet the quality standards agreed upon in your order (e.g., not 100% natural, contains additives). – For retail orders: Unopened, unused freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding express shipping costs, if applicable).

2. Circumstances Not Eligible for Returns Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: – Freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable products that have been opened, used, or contaminated by the customer (retail or wholesale). – Freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable products with no defects, but the customer simply changes their mind or no longer needs them (wholesale orders are non-refundable for change of mind). – Customized freeze-dried fruits and vegetables or dehydrated vegetable products (e.g., customized packaging) unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error. – Returns requested after 7 business days of delivery (retail) or 10 business days of delivery (wholesale) for freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetables. – Freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable products with missing tags, original packaging, or sealed containers (unless damaged during shipping).

3. How to Request a Return To request a return for freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetables, please follow these steps: 1. Provide your order number, contact details, a detailed description of the issue (including photos/videos of defective/damaged freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, dehydrated vegetable products or incorrect items), and the number of items you wish to return. 3. Our team will review your return request within 1-2 business days and notify you of our decision. 4. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed return instructions (including the return address: 9 Dalmain Cl, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M8 9BG).

4. Return Shipping & Refunds/Exchanges – Return Shipping: For eligible returns (due to our error or defective freeze-dried fruits and vegetables, dehydrated vegetable products), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please use the shipping method specified in our return instructions. – Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable products (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 3-5 business days). For wholesale bulk orders, partial refunds will be issued for defective portions of the freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetable order. – Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (retail or wholesale) for freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and dehydrated vegetables, we will ship the replacement products to you as soon as possible, free of charge.
